  • Excel 2007 中文字顯示亂碼之修復步驟


Excel 2007如果讀取Excel 2003或之前的舊版(.xls)檔案遇到中文顯示亂碼的情形時,
以下步驟可以還原原先的中文編碼:
在有亂碼的Excel開啟檔內:
(最左上角)Office按鈕 -> (最下方)Excel選項 -> 進階 -> "一般"列項的Web選項  -> 編碼 -> 重新載入目前的文件成"繁體中文(Big5),然後按確定 -> 在Excel選項內點"取消" -> 最後儲存檔案
