請依照Windows版本,將自訂的HTML檔放置於:

Windows 7 和 Windows Vista C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery\(Sample.html)

 

Windows 7 和 Windows Vista 64 位元與 Outlook 2010 32 位元 C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery\(Sample.html)

 

Windows XP C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery\(Sample.html)

 

 

然後重新開啟Outlook 2007 -> 工具 -> 選項 -> 郵件格式 -> 信箋和字型 -> 個人信箋 -> 佈景主題 -> 選擇剛才的檔案名稱(Sample.html)
