1. create a file named "dbora" in the directory of /etc/init.d

2. Change the file access permissions:
# chmod 750 dbora

3. Updates runlevel information:
# chkconfig --add dbora

4. Query runlevel information:
# chkconfig --list |grep dbora
dbora           0:off   1:off   2:off   3:on    4:on    5:on    6:off
