When encountering " SIGNATURE (parameter names) MISMATCH

NON-DEFAULT VARIABLES IN PROCEDURE NOT IN FORM: "
relatived issues in PL/SQL pages, the settings of KeepAlive in httpd.conf of Apache configuration file should be changed from On to Off
the setting is as follows:
KeepAlive Off
And then rebounce the http service, and everthing should be fine.
