Issue:
Target host doesn't appear in Enterprise Manager 11g Grid Control

Solution: [ agentca with rediscover (-d) option ]
[oracle@RAC2 bin]$ $AGENT_HOME/bin/agentca -d

Stopping the agent using /oracle/agent11g/bin/emctl stop agent
