Steps for Making a Windows 7 (x64) Bootable ISO:

1. Download Automated Installation Kit (AIK) for Windows Vista SP1 and Windows Server 2008:

2. Mount the downloaded ISO file using DAEMON Tools Lite (free software) which can be downloaded through the following website:
http://www.daemon-tools.cc/eng/downloads


3. Run startcd.exe and click "Windows AIK Setup" to install the Windows Automated Installation Kit


4. When installation is complete, go to the AIK installation Directory:

cd C:\Program Files\Windows AIK\Tools\x86

5. Making a Windows 7 (x64) bootable ISO using the following command:

oscdimg.exe -lWINDOWS7_DVD -t05/24/2012 -m -u2 -bD:\Win7_x64_CD\Win7_x64\boot\etfsboot.com D:\Win7_x64_CD\Win7_x64 D:\Software\Win7_x64_inst.iso
